Everything was fine except they were getting a part in for my mirror on Friday. Here it is Monday and I didn’t get a call. I had said I’d bring it in today and i called and left a message w no reply. Other than that it was fine. My mirror still not fixed.

When service advisor calles he Stated service fee was going to be $341 however he was not able to complete agreed service yet I was charged the same amount. How is the price the same if one of the services was not completed? It should have been less.

He was prompt to help me out and asked if I needed anything else. Informed me that in order to diagnose something that was wrong with my vehicle I would need to go back on Monday because it takes a couple of days. I’m glad that he informed me about this so that I was aware of how long the diagnosis would be. Thank you very much Jason!

While Jason kept me informed of the procedure, I feel that being at ford of orange for four hours and ten minutes was a bit much. I was having my battery replaced. Also, in September, I bought four new tires from ford of orange and had them installed. That time I was there for over three hours. I understand that a ride to my residence is provided. These seemingly rather simple procedures, in my opinion, took a long time to accomplish. I bought my 2007 Ford F-150 from ford of orange and have only taken it their for service. Again, I realize Jason has no fault in the amount of time I spent at ford of orange. Thank you.

There's no above and beyond at this dealership. When I picked up my vehicle, I asked about other services and was advised nothing is ever done without being asked. That's sad.
