The service I received was top notch, both professional and courteous
Experience with the service advisors Sarah and Victor was exemplary. But the fact that the problem of the driver seat still persisting is frustrating. Ford corporate is a complete letdown.
Tom always has great excellent customer service with me. Whether I have an appointment or not, he always tends to me very well.

Victor was very prompt on answering all of my questions via text and made my experience with Ford of Orange very pleasurable. He was very thorough answering my questions and concerns and I did not feel pressured on doing more on my vehicle. I’m most definitely going to ford of Orange location for all my services.

Didn’t receive calls as promised. Used 2 vacation days to not being able to alter my plans because it wasn’t important to keep a customer informed as promised. Will be looking for other dealerships to do any service going forward
Was originally told that my car would not likely be serviced the morning I brought it in because the service department was no longer accepting cars since they were so busy. But Ross indicated that it was still a possibility by end of day. To my surprise, he called around 4:30pm that my car was complete and had even been washed! I was very appreciative that Ross and the service team were able to get my car done. My only issue was when I came to pick it up, the car was not washed as told to me prior. Not a huge deal, just thought Ross should know.....not sure if he was just told car was washed when it actually was not? Just wanted to bring this to his attention. Great overall service though!

The ford of orange service department ripped me off. They advertise that they will price match your tires and do not honor their marketing. Consumers need to be aware that the Ford of Orange has a bait and switch operations. I was made to jump over a lot of obstacles strining me along that they would price match my tires only to be told no. This is fraud and deceptive. I leased my car from Ford of Orange and the sales staff were great. It is sad to see that the service department is deceiving there customers. Why would anyone want to buy or lease a vehicle and have service done at the Ford of Orange.
My only comment is that I thought I was just going for an oil change because my dash alerted me that I need a required oil change… Then I was told the service would take an hour and a halfthat that that So I got that clarified with another servicemen name Tom… So I got a Many point it’s checked and tyro Tatian that’s what took it so long
Very professional and trustworthy advisor, however I got there late and somehow it was impossible to do all my services at the same time but he did his best to do most of them.
Very satisfied and will get back to him for my next service.
Wills was AWSOME! Very friendly and very on point with all the questions I had. Couldn’t of asked for a nicer person to work with. He is going to be my go to guy!
