when I pick up my car edgar was not there so so the person next to his desk gave us the keys,not very friendly when we ask questions, he answer I have to wait for edgar,just not very nice,

Will was fantastic. The rest of the staff, especially the ones in the front service office, are horrific! They do not greet you upon arrival or ask if you've been helped. You hear them complain about their work and are quick to pass the buck. Completely unprofessional and a terrible representation for the Ford brand.

We took our Ford EDGE in for a problem related to idling speed. It was diagnosed as brake booster vacuum leak. A new booster was installed. On the way home we experienced performance problems. We pulled off the freeway and parked the car. The rotors were read hot and we called Ross to let him know. We returned the car the next morning by raising the brake pedal by foot which released the brake. The technician discovered a faulty booster. The car was at the Ford&Mazada of Orange service department for a day and a half waiting for authorization by Ford to replace damaged rotors, discs, and booster. We commend Ross for his professional service in meeting our needs.
