Jr. As he told me he likes to be calledunderstood better than many service writers about the vehicle, which made me much more trusti g and gave a great first impression. I will us him again as my service writer. He follows through and kept me informed.. Victor and Sarah are also very nice. Your service is much better than Villa FORD where I have bough numerous new cars.. Might be coming to FORD of Orange for my next car/truck

The customer service provided by Junior was excellent. My problem is you raised the price for an oil change by $10 but was you were not able to provide a carwash.

Joel always takes the extra effort to insure that I am taken care of. I always hear nightmare stories from other people taking their car to a dealership for service but that is not the case with me. 10 years of service & not one issue. Thanks! Steve
