My still is making sounds when I accelerate. I now have to find another dealership to go to, so no I’m not happy. I thought my brand new rx350h would come with high quality service and customer satisfaction. I was wrong

Yes, David Liss provided the highest level of customer satisfaction. He had to reschedule my appointment from Wed. To Thursday, due to shop load. He was very accommodating. He explained the process, before, during and after the service. Lexus should Clone him, when human cloning is legal :) Thanks Lexus Thanks David Liss
