Appreciated how friendly George was and how he didn’t have me wait but took my key that’s battery was dying and replaced it and there was a mix up with billing and he went and found the paperwork so I didn’t have to go out of my way to find it. Appreciates him.
The team is so prompt with the updates and letting me know recommendations for service. I have a 2013 RX and at this point expect to sold on “get this” or “you need this.” I very much appreciate that the team is candid on addressing the diagnostic and not adding on other items randomly. Professional and effective service.
The car is fine—but the online scheduler is a complete fail. I came at the time I had scheduled and was told that I HAD to leave the car and take a loaner. I had NOT wanted a loaner, and HAD scheduled my day to simply wait for my car during a routine service. Taking a loaner always means being treated like a criminal by the person doing the paperwork. A loaner also means spending at least an hour and a half the next day going to fill it with gas, driving to Lexus, waiting for the paperwork, checking the pricing, and finally receiving my car back. The online scheduler is a failure. I never want a loaner again.
David, so knows what he’s doing, that he points out items that I should be looking for when I can’t really understand all the buttons in my car and what I must do & they’re trying to tell me. He continues to help me, as I do pop in from time to time to just ask a question… And always takes care of me… I am so grateful to David and LEXUS for having hired such a special person who is so knowledgeable about the Lexus automobiles!
I have to also say that because I have been so happy with LEXUS service for many years, & I do mention it when chatting, that four or five of my friends have gone out and bought a brand new Lexus because they like that special helpt and care that your LEXUS staff gives… Especially David!
I have to go on and say something personal, because I am an older gal now who has lost my husband and has no family… And my late hubby was a real brainiac when it came to automobiles… So this is a really special challenge!!! David jumps in and answers all my concerns each time I pop in to the Lexus dealership! Can’t thank him enough as my car is my life and I’m so happy to be with my LEXUS!
