The service was great, everyone was super helpful. I acknowledged that my car was a hot mess of toddler junk and trash when I dropped it off and made it clear that I had no expectations to have a clean car returned to me as it isn’t anyone’s job to clean up after me and my child. While I do appreciate that there was an attempt to vacuum the floors of the car, I do not appreciate that someone decided that the best place to pile up literal trash (not the toys and junk) was inside my child’s car seat. I would have preferred everything be left alone than have trash moved from the floor of my car into the car seat.
