I am writing to address two issues following my recent service appointment. First, the front parking sensors are currently inoperable. These sensors were functioning correctly prior to the service. I request that your team inspect and rectify this issue. Second, the next service reminder sticker was not placed on the front door windshield. Kindly ensure this documentation is completed with the recommended month and mileage for the subsequent service interval.

Overall great service. Really appreciate how thoroughly they cleaned my car (interior was vacuumed which was much needed because of all the kids’ crumbs). Only thing was there may have been a miscommunication with shuttle driver and service advisor, as I had indicated I would not be available until a certain time to get picked up due to a work teleconference. They were waiting at my door, which was nice of them anyways.

David was very nice and made the process very easy. My only complaint is on the car wash. It looked like there was tire shine on my rims which I had to wash off myself after. Besides that everything was great.

We are pleased with David’s professional service and he agreed to replace the missing lock nut key at no charge. Car was wash and ready within 2 hours as promised. We are happy with this service experience!

Benjamin gave me the experience I expected from Putnam Lexus. He was timely and treated me with respect and addressed all the concerns I had and made sure that it was up to standard. It was a night and day experience that I dealt with compared to before and brought back reassurance to Putnam. I think he was quite thorough and was communicative in a positive way. Overall he went above and beyond compared to my previous service advisor
