I want to thank Michael my mechanic and Ben my service advisor at Puttman Lexus. I have been coming to this dealership for my new Lexus and every time been happy with the service. This time, I came in because my mom had taken my Lexus for a 25k checkup to another dealership. The other dealership had up sold an unnecessary alignment and then I noticed the car was handling worse than when it started. I decided to go to Redwood City to get trustworthy help. The level of care, service, and patience was incredible. They took me on a test drive with the mechanic to help understand the issue and worked on improving the situation. I learned about car mechanics too! But, seriously, if you want a well run shop that you can trust, this is the best Lexus Dealer. They take time and resolve issues. The mechanic was very experienced and kind. Super grateful that my problem was addressed.

When I first arrived, the rep was not able to help me. Fortunately Randy was there and he serviced me before and remembered me. He got me the loaner (previous rep said no loaner available) and took care of my car.

It was not David’s fault. Someone told him a broken portion of the side view mirror could be replaced. They were wrong. I ended up making two RTs from Discovery Bay to Redwood City only to be told the entire assembly had to be replaced, not just the broken shell. Mirror functions were and are perfect. Someone gave David pisspoor info that caused me great inconvenience.
