Putnam Lexus Auto Repair Service

I brought my car in for cleaning detail work one week after getting my 30000 mile service. When I picked up the car and drove 30 min away the engine light came on. I went back and it turned out the battery was depleted. When why were cleaning the car they left the doors open and it caused the battery to die. I had to leave it for another day and missed our road trip to Southern CA where we were going for a wedding. I heard this can happen when the car is being cleaned but they should check it before giving it back to the customer.

When I made the appointment Tuesday, I was assured multiple times that the single tire replacement would take under an hour. On Wednesday, when I arrived, I was told the same. An hour passed, so I asked my representative for an update and was told that it would take 20 more minutes. 20 more minutes passed, so I spoke to the representative again. He went to check on the car himself and he told me they hadn't started yet and it would be another 20 minutes. Based on this, the initial "20 more minutes" was evidently based on nothing. It was only after expressing my disappointment that they started and finished the work. I was there nearly 2 hours, after being told "under an hour." I was offered 20% off, which I accepted. Regardless, I do not wish to be contacted. Do not contact me. I plan to go elsewhere for service (and future vehicle purchases) going forward.
