The service was excellent. I am confused, however, why it was a 15,000 mile service when I scheduled a 5,000 mile service. I have less than 5,000 miles.

My car was damaged during the service, and the car wash was poor and inadequate. I now have to deal with a significant scratch on one of my windows and dealing with the repair.

But almost! Wish I had the option to give 9 out 10, which I would have. Great, EFFICIENT service, and genuinely caring—this dealership continues to amaze as a business that gets it—that is, customer centered service. Tha small stuff: was told I’d get updates as the work was being performed; got none. Was told 2 to 21/2 hours, no update. I texted to inquire, an got a reply that my car was being readied, and to sign my credit card (without being able to see the invoice. Still, 3 hours out the door with a car wash, all work perfect: simply great!
