My right rear passenger window tint was scratched and damaged after my service. This is the 2nd time in the past 3 visits where a rear passenger window tint of my car was scratched and damaged, the first time being the left rear passenger window, back in April 2022. My service rep, Mario Milleza has been great, but I am not sure I want to use Putnam anymore for my vehicle’s service needs, with the same issue happening again
