Mario was great. First time we met him. Very pleasant. Service was completed in under 2 hours. Was **** and span when we picked it up. Very happy with the service from Mario and Taz who walked me through a few settings issues I was having.

I just would like to say that George has absolutely gone above and beyond in regards to the customer service that I receive over at Putnam Lexus in Redwood City. From the minute, I enter the service department until the very end when I pick up my vehicle keeps me informed in regards to everything he is absolutely amazing. Thank you guys for everything.
