David provided me with a great experience during my recent repairs at Putnam Lexus. David was very professional, courteous and timely with his communications and ensured all of my inquiries and requests were heard and addressed. Could't ask for more from a Service Representative and can only hope all of my future service experiences are as smooth. David is a tremendous asset to the Putnam Lexus Team.

It was not the service rep’s fault however the service report came back saying my tires were very low in tread and needed to be replaced. Upon further examination by the head of service it was determined this was not the case. So based on that I was not completely satisfied, but the service department is addressing the issue. So that is good.

The shuttle was sent to pick me up which was very nice. However, when I arrived and requested my car, the form and my key were not in the office even though there was ample time to prepare the documentation. Since no work had been performed on my car, it should have been a very simple matter of my signing a form and picking up my key. The clerk that was handling this was quite unfriendly, a bit sour and seemed irritated which also left me with a sour taste in my mouth for the way it was handled.

Hi Fred! Thank you for taking care of my car. Last Friday, when I picked up my key, it works in a less optimal manner. I was told that some rubber was missing as a result the key is loosely put together. Is it something you can help fix?
