Mario responds to my needs in taking care of my car.,I really appreciate that Mario accommodate me in-spite that I just called Putnam only days before the maintenance, that’s really help me on my tight schedule. I don’t think I will go to other staff to take care of my Lexus, I always prefer Mario for his service. Thank you

I came in without appointment, he came up right away to find out why I was at service. Readily wrote up my service order. Both Randy and Alma showed care, team cooperation in getting my car checked in and the young lady at service desk helped me with a loaner car right away since I have an appointment to go to. . Thank you Lexus Service Dept !

George was very professional as usual. I do not care for the new method of contact to make appt for service . Very impersonal and difficult and had to wait for a voicemail twice. Disappointing.
