Everything went very well. The only complaint I have is that I waited over 30 minutes for a ride to my job only to be told that they were going to order an Uber. Had this been done when I first got there, I would’ve gotten to my job earlier. For that matter, I could’ve ordered my own Uber and you all could’ve taken $20 off of the bill or whatever. Admittedly, the cashier was busy, and I understand why it took her a while to order the Uber. Better communication would’ve allowed me to make my own decision around ordering my own Uber. I still received 10 out of 10 service and will give this rating if I get an official survey. I do want you to improve the service issue that I brought forward. Thank you!

There was a mix-up with my service date and Putnam Lexus still got me in for the day and time I was scheduled. I really appreciated that as I had cleared my morning of meetings to bring it in only to find out I was scheduled for a different day due to a miscommunication. Thank you!
