I brought the car in to have a supposedly dangerous recall issue fixed and when I got there was told there is not even yet a solution to the problem! Another small issue was addressed, but would have not come in today if I had been told the big issue could not be handled

They didn’t even clean my car as requested, I spent time moving all of my belongings to the passenger seat thinking that they were going to vacuum the trunk, but nothing was done and in addition, they scratch med the side of my car too.

Mario was great with all the service help, but the car wash was not satisfactory as when I got home, my car had mud everywhere on the bottom where I missed due to leaving in the hurry and the sunlight kinda was too bright and shiny on the silver vehicle I have taken pictures
