I had a top tier experience at Putnam. Randy was awesome, professional and friendly. The services to be performed were clearly described, arranging for the courtesy vehicle couldn't have been easier, and all of the staff that I interacted with were great. Full marks.

It was not David‘s fault that the service people hooked up the windshield wipers backwards so they wouldn’t operate causing me to have to bring the car back two days after the comprehensive service. David was gracious and facilitated it getting repaired while we waited.
