I loved that Alma greeted me with big smiles and was always warm and gracious when talking to me. A happy employee is a good reflection of management. So, good job, team Lexus! Also, after arriving, I didn’t have to wait even a full minute before I was greeted and taken care of. I was told the service would last less than 2 hours - and indeed the service was definitely just under 2 hours by 5 or 10 min.

My experience was fast and efficient. George was very pleasant but being a new car I had some questions about how to turn on some features. He assured me they would adjust them but I wanted to learn how to do it myself. He seemed in a rush.

I showed up early for my appointment and Mario took it in stride and took my vehicle in without an issue. Everything that was included in the service was explained completely and he made sure to circle back to see if I had any questions. It was a perfect interaction.

David’s professionalism and thoughtfulness are above and beyond. I asked for him specifically because of his quality of service and thoroughness in handling a previous repair to my engine covered by insurance. And although I’m moving to Healdsburg in Sonoma County, I am planning to stay with Putnam as a service provider because of David’s consistent quality of customer/car care. I conducted/managed customer service research for decades and, in Any industry, David’s delivery deserves high marks!
