I was well received and settled in the custom lounge. The coffee machine was down until an attendant serviced it. My ES300h was finished in an hour and a half and I was personally notified it was ready and escorted to my car. Thankyou, see you at 10,000 miles. Allan D

Lexus did us dirty by selling us a car with only one key. Months went by with keys provided to other buyers but not to us. We feel betrayed by Lexus. We should have received some compensation rather than this last minute announcement after all of the purchase documents had been completed. We will be hesitant to buy another Lexus from Putnam because of this shoddy treatment.
