I came in for an oil leak. Your guys found nothing. I was told to go home and put cardboard under my car and bring it in to show what was leaking. Wasted 2 hours on this appointment. Came home and touched the goo that had been leaking from my car, and it was oil, not water as suggested by my service rep. Not looking forward to having to waste another morning having this investigated

My experience was not up to previous visits My specific issues were: Service rep did not initially give me the advertised discount on the service Car was not provided on time as wrong part was initially delivered I was charged twice for the same service
