The service was fine but my initial interaction with the front desk was less than satisfactory. I came in person on Tue Dec 19th to see if new keys could be made and we scheduled an appointment for after the holidays. I asked whether I would get an email confirming my appointment and I was told I would get a text very shortly after leaving. Having not received one after a few hours I called and discovered that no appointment had in fact be made. So I went through the process of setting up an appointment a second time over the phone.

It’s a little frustrating that when I get my printout of the service it talks about things that were done like an oil change in the car is fully electric so it’s just disappointing that you haven’t adapted the paperwork to electric car because then it makes me feel like you know, you guys just went through the motions and printed out a generic paper for me
