Good job although the cost was more expensive than I initially thought! A lot of money for a trunk latch. David was as accommodating as as was possible but the cost was still steep.

Mario was spectacular on our behalf !! We are very disappointed in Lexus that a part that was replaced three years ago needed to be replaced again and Lexus didn’t stand behind it . I’m 73 years old and have purchased many cars from Putnam Lexus since 1980 . Serviced my cars with you for almost 45 years. It is my opinion as a consultant in the heath care service industry that my credit card should be credited in full
