I am satisfied with the service Putnam Lexus provided. I am dissatisfied with Lexus (the car company) promoting free 6 month car maintenance. Normal car maintenance implies oil and filter change. Since the free maintenance offer did not include a free oil and filter change My impression of Lexus is very low

I’m so sorry… I’m crying right now… It’s a brand new car and they ruined it. I just asked for a second set of keys… when I came to pick up my car .. my car shows up with a dirt on the driver side . I asked David what is that. He said - it’s just a smudge, we can remove it . He said it could be something after they washed my car. He used his finger to remove it, then he went somewhere and came back with a blue towel. There are scratches!!!! There are scratches under that dirty area!!!!! It was a new car, I just bought it , there were no scratches on my car!!!!!!!!!! I am devastated, angry, disappointed, puzzled…. Why?!!!!!!! How did you do this!!!! Why?!!!!!!!! What can I do now???????????????? What should I do now ?????????????!!!!!!!!!

Did they really check their works carefully before delivering the vehicle back to the customers? Are they supposed to do this before each vehicle is ready for the clients to drive home?? OMG TERRIBLE
