Muy satisfecha con Alma tengo muchos años de clienta de este diler y primera vez que Alma me atendió.en 2 servicios de mantenimiento al carro yo les abia dicho que no salia agua delos parabrisas y no me les inporto así fue en 2 servicios anteriores . Y esta vez que lo bolbi a llevar le dije a ella y e ella fue la única que me escucho y me dijo cual era el problema que un Ratón me abia hecho daños y me lo arreglaron. Gracias Alma por escuchar alos clientes y alludarnos.
