It’s really nice to work with the same service advisor each time I come. Redwood City is a bit far for me but the customer service at Putnam, especially David, is A+.

Best customer service I have received in years!! There was a little misunderstanding. David in the service department went above and beyond to make sure it was right . Greg, the service manager has an Amazing staff. We have bought several cars from Robert in the Sales department.. we are Lexus owners/advocates/supporters for life. Putnam Lexus Redwood City… Class Act !! Don’t go anywhere else ??????
