Sales could not give me my car back when I came in to return my loaner. The hours listed on the site are misleading — service closes earlier than 7 pm. The sales department was also unable to leave a message for the service department.

David was great. He walked me through the process of the alignment. He was ver knowledgeable. I appreciated when he told me if the vehicle did not need adjustment I would not be charged. When picking up the car he walked me through the results of the alignment. I was very happy with the service I received and quality of care to my car.

Alma was once again knowledgeable friendly and kept me informed at all time during my service. She also remember one issue that I had forgot about.. She brought in Robert **** to help me with some IT questions I had.. Robert was very informative and answered all of my questions. He also showed me some shorts cuts..

Mario was very professional and polite. He explained thoroughly all the service details and answered my questions. He made sure that I had a shuttle ride arranged since I didn’t request loaner car in advance. Called me when the car was done being serviced and arranged a shuttle to pick me up ASAP since I had an upcoming appointment elsewhere. Overall, it was an excellent experience .
