The whole Putnam team are very nice and helpful. Especially Randy, James, Peter and Kelly (might spell the name wrong, the lady who works at loaner car department), they make me feel comfortable and able to communicate with any issues with them. The issues are finally fixed. Thank you

Randy took take of an oil leak my car had, game me a loaner vehicle and had my car ready the next morning. Randy is a great, honest service advisor and from now on he’ll be the advisor I go to from now on as long as I own a Lexus!
