The only thing I have an issue with is when they vacuumed the car they didn’t vacuum under the floor mats. They did the top of the mat but there is a lot of debris under the mats that they didn’t vacuum. Otherwise always great service.

I really enjoy working with Ben Nino on all three of our Lexus vehicles. He is very professional and practical; he never pushes any particular service unless he thinks it’s necessary, which I appreciate in particular for my 2010 GX. I trust his advice.

Battery used for original and replacement are of inferior quality. Extremely disappointing for quality automobile such as Lexus. Actually using these batteries clashes with quality service expected.

Check in is smooth with Mario and he got me ready for the loaner in no time. The loaner RZ is very nice, first time I drove a Lexus EV. Mario promptly notified me to pick up the vehicle and was able to avoid the rush hour traffic.
