George does an excellent job going over exactly what the service will include, and the charge. I was shocked to have any charge because I have a warranty for 50,000 miles, and my car is only at 42,000 miles, so he had the service dept send over an accounting of all my service, and it included the 50,000 mile service work. Later I confirmed this with my files. At the time he explained it as best he could and seemed understanding of my reaction.
