There are fresh scratch marks at the back bumper when I went to pick up my car, I showed it to the office staff, another employee came to look at it after reviewing the videos. He told Me the video stopped before turning to the part I pointed out. We’ll, I am pretty sure if there is fresh scratches he will take video of it; if not, it is new, and the damage was done while being serviced by Mario!

I initially scheduled an appointment to have my power lift trunk checked as it stopped closing automatically about a month after the purchase. After my initial appointment, Mario let me know that the technician identified my sensors on the power lift trunk were faulty. The sensors were ordered after the appointment and I got them replaced a couple weeks later after calling to check in of the parts arrived. Overall great and smooth experience with Mario and the ladies administering the loaner car and paperwork. Could have been exceptional service if I was called and notified that the parts have arrived. But nonetheless, the experience was awesome. Thank you team Lexus!
