All good excellent service except for the technician marking all my tire pressures on paperwork at 36 psi but there were 4 different pressures on the tires . 31,34, 32,35 .. so obviously the technician did not properly check the air pressure.. thanks ????

I was able to get a next day appointment for service, which was a pleasant surprise. I was able to wait in the lobby and use the WiFi (and coffee) to do some work and received various digital updates via the online portal. When George came to provide an update, I noted that my car key battery was also low - he informed me to let the front know and they’d be happy to replace the batteries for me. When I went to pay, he had already alerted the front desk and they’d promptly updated the battery. I also appreciate getting a quick car wash before driving off. Thank you!

Randy kept us informed. Surprised though that Lexus standard for replacing an under warranty part failure is with a refurbished part rather than a new OEM part.
