Benjamin was wonderful and very accommodating to my schedule of getting my car done on a timely manner. However, I’m not completely satisfied with the quality of the dash cam installed in my vehicle. It doesn’t work well with iPhone iOS. I’m hoping Lexus will roll out better updates to this device in the near future. This issue is straightly a product issue and have no relations to the excellent service I received from Benjamin
