No reflection on Mario or you Randy, My understanding today is I that my car needs to be run 20 to 30 minutes each day to keep the battery from running low. I've never heard of such a thing from anybody I know. Also turning off the Lexus app on my phone is advisable because if it's running in the background that also drains the battery. ( I never use it) I was told that I've been informed of these things. - that electronic systems in this car all contribute to battery drainage. Where is this in writing? I would never have bought this car if I knew it was had such complicated electronics that I had to run the battery every day at least. 20 minutes in order to avoid the risk of being left stranded somewhere. Last Monday I drove from San Carlos to Montera and as I said the AAA guy said the battery wasn't the problem. Bottom line is I don't feel safe that my car will be reliable. This is really upsetting for me, and again, I know of course it's not you guys fault but I won't fill out any surveys now that I know that it could affect your pay.

Alma was wonderful—quick,efficient, charming. When I went today I didn’t see her, Gladiola met me and Explained that I should come back on a weekday for my tutorial. It was confusing where to go to trade the loaner in and pick up my new Car. More signage would help!!
