Very easy to get an appointment. David was very professional and informative. I received the service I am used to getting at Lexus. I have 2 Lexus cars in Nj. I was a little put off by the waiting area . It was old looking. Also the getting the loaner car took way to long. Although the two girls at that area were friendly and professional, it seemed the internet and using the computer was a problem. We were at that area longer than necessary. But now that my car was checked by Lexus , I feel comfortable with it again. Thank you
