I appreciated David’s follow up in providing an overview of recommended and required services. He explained the why behind the need for the service in a way that I felt both informed as the consumer and had autonomy in decided if I wanted to proceed with the services. I did not feel pressured. I also was happy in being notified of the estimated completion time.

George provided incredible customer service today. He did not lose his cool when I became quite agitated hearing my car was being washed. My concern was that this meant rollers, which I do not let touch my car. Once I was able to speak with him in person, he was able to clear it up, and kept a reassuring smile on his face too. I sincerely appreciated his support in getting my tire replaced today, obviously an unplanned visit. I hope he will be available for my next service visit, instead of my going to Serramonte.

David was excellent. He has been my contact before. The only thing that surprised me was that the estimate didn't match the final bill. And no additional work was done. It was 80 dollars off. I didn't question it since the work was done. I did use the postcard for a discount but this difference was irrespective of that.
