David always asks me questions pertaining to my car and its health so that he may look more deeply into areas that I don’t understand or know anything about… And explains what is being done to my car… Plus the cleaning of certain areas on the inside, that aren’t usually handled by the Lexus cleaning/washing department people,!he does himself, such as vacuuming some areas in the front and backseat areas… David Liss is a real plus to your LEXUS gang!… Thank you so much!

Complete snaffu. Made me leave the car overnight to wait for a hitch harness from LA. Then they discovered the harness was integrated and they could have installed it yesterday. Then when I took the car to uhaul to have the hitch inspected today so I can haul a uhaul trailer the uhaul rep was unable to find the wires. So after at least 20 minutes on the phone with a service rep and sending multiple pictures, I was told to bring the car back to the dealership. The installers neglected to cut the opening necessary to access the wires. So even though they were there they were not accessible. Several more of my hours than was necessary were wasted. We brought our car to the Lexus dealership to have the hitch installed because we wanted it to be done right and correct for our vehicle. In addition, when I made the appointment I was informed of the price for the parts but no one gave me an estimate for the labor, which was over $1000. I was blindsided by that when I dropped the car off. Over all a very unsatisfactory ecperience.
