Thank you for your amazing support! However, I waited over 3 hours and my car still wasn’t washed. So I just took my car. This is my first time to waiting there so I don’t know if waiting over 3 hours is normal. But next time, I am not choosing to wait there

They said I needed nearly $3k in work that my brother (who is a Lexus mechanic in Southern CA) said was not needed. I really hate that I can’t trust an Lexus dealer. And they got some kind of pen on my passenger seat. Shuttle driver and cashier were both really friendly.
