I came in for a few different things to check on my car and I’m not even sure if she notated my account for all the items that we discussed
My concern is, I did raise concerns about my back left tire being a problem since the day I bought the car and she’s saying the car notes were never notated that, but that could be the same case for this last visit that who knows if the ad advisor is putting all the details of the conversation in the notes . I felt like she was very affirmative and almost like calling me a liar on what I was trying to explain to her my concern about the tire of the car, being with only so many thousands of miles needing to fill the air in repeated. And then to top it off when I was leaving, I said, can you at least make sure that the car has air in the tires? They didn’t even take the initiative to make sure the car had air and all four tires before I left. The main reason why I have purchased the last three cars from Lexus platinum was because of your service department and outstanding service and I’m not sure what has happened that the last few years that the quality has gone down in your service department.. she also said that the service manager would give me a call and he never did and it’s been two days already with no call back for me to share my concerns. This would definitely impact me ever purchasing a Putnam Lexus car again and we have four purchased Lexus
Cars . I don’t appreciate when the service advisor approaches you as though you’re a lying Customer and not trying to make sure that the customer is leaving also in a very more pleasant feeling walking out the door. Now my concern is, I had shown a video of a sound that my car makes and they explained to me that was a normal sound in the back when the car is off it comes and goes once in a blue moon, but what if that is actually a bigger issue and then once the warranty is off, they say to me that you never really raised this concern to us before we don’t have any notes of it in your account so is that how we are treated that the service advisor just adds what notes they want and they don’t share the concerns with the customer has raised about the car ? I would love for someone to call me because I am very concerned about the service I have received and if I have any future issues with my car if Lexus is going to stand behind it or not.
