This is my first visit to this Lexus dealership, after one of the tires of my RX350h caught a long nail, which is non-repairable and not covered by warranty. George was very patient in answering my questions. The tire replacement job was done timely. Additional inspections, adjustment were provided for free. A loaner car also helped me minimize the impact on my work. I bought the integrated DashCam with the vehicle, but I had trouble in using it with the iPhone app. George pointed me to the Sales department where a specialist (Travis) spent 20 minutes with me, that eventually got the app working. Overall, my first visit to Putnam Lexus has been very good - exceeding my expectation.

I was given the upmost service by Ben as I always am by Mario. I’m not sure of her name, but I was greeted by a very gracious young women followed by the office tech Jesse. They are all very professional, conscientious,courteous and an asset to your company.

I am waiting for a response from brand engagement. They had to reach out to speak with David, this is something that David should have taken care of on my behalf. This is not an experience amazing Lexus standard. Lots of back and forth when this is an easy resolve. Very disappointing experience over all.
