Time to complete repairs and communication not great. The truck is driving good however. The main issue was on ticket said shocks leaking and I denied repairs. I never denied anything and would have taken cate if this which most likely should have covered under my extended warranty. Regardless the opportunity to get the repair made so I would not have to be inconvenienced again was not offered to me. I let Rachel know, she replied back yesterday at 10am that she would call me then never did. All this after it took 10 days for repairs and no rental which was included under my warranty.

Communication - Communication - Communication..!!! Kudos to Aaron Mcbride with Grapevine Ford that had our vehicle 5 - 6 weeks awaiting a part that was on backorder and he called me every Friday to let me We were'nt forgotten and kept me in the loop. He represents your dealership very well. I may have to give him a call Friday to keep the tradition going. I enjoyed our visit and meeting him when I picked it up.

Tyler did an incredible job of keeping me informed and keeping a schedule. It was refreshing to bring my truck in , get a loaner , then get my vehicle back days later of the ordered part was installed. I wish the last service would have been this proficient and I have to believe that Tyler was the reason why it was so professionally expedited. Thank you all for fast and professional service. It took the sting out of missing my F-250 King Ranch for a few days.
