Had back up camera replaced and “reprogrammed” after out of warranty for $1000. Paid and put truck in reverse and then to drive. Backup camera stayed continuously on. Was it reprogrammed?? How would you feel?? Folks that you interface with real nice - actual service: would make me buy GMC.

Please get the communication problem resolved. I've had at least 2 recalls and it was a struggle to get information and get people to return my calls. Very frustrating

Tyler is awesome, no complaints at all! Only dealer complaint was no loaner cars or rentals even though the warranty covered. Regardless, dealing with Tyler is great… I’ll be back for sure!!
