Great service by Bob Leininger and group at Grapevine Lincoln.
My key fob was returned broken and there are black finger prints on my doors. Also, when the young who brought my car to me opened the door, he used his foot to push it open.
Aaron’s a great dude. With awesome communication skills.
My only gripe was that it took over 3 hours to fix a flat. There should be a better way of handling a small emergency when a person brings in a auto they purchased from the dealership. It’s not like I had time to make a scheduled appointment when I had a flat with metal stuck in a tire.
But I did like the manager’s attitude and his concern.
Heath was great! He went above and beyond what was required. really nice job.

Heath and I have discussed my concerns and he has committed to make it right. As for Lincoln I didn’t buy a foreign car and do not like a foreign answer service. Also the service manager needs to return phone calls. Especially when he says he will. Very rude.
Christopher was pleasant to work with and was insistent on making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Make sure you keep him or promote him.

The inside of my car is full of GREASY FOOTPRINTS! My car is a 2004 Lincoln LS v8. Where is my cover to intake manifold? Bird crap on my hood,
And had it for 10 DAYS! I needed work done so she would pass inspection but they didn’t even drive it to reset the he codes! My car looks horrible and don’t know if it will pass inspection.. I PAYED YOU TO DO THIS!
