Bob was fabulous! I have no complaints about the actual service team who performed the work. The process for making an appointment via phone was frustrating. I needed an appointment for ZakTek paint protection, but the call center didn’t know what that was. It wasn’t an option on their side. The lady booked my appointment and said I would receive a phone call regarding the ZakTek. I didn’t receive a call from the Lincoln service department so I called the service number directly. Bob had to move my appointment from Wednesday to Thursday bc the call center scheduled it for a day that they don’t perform that service for existing car owners.

Aaron was not the problem at all. Grapevine ford treated me and my vehicle so poorly I will never return and I will definitely warn others of how your service department treats there customers.

Just need my new key - drove 45 minutes bc I had to "come in to get a key" sat for 45 minutes while they "made the key" and then was told it has to be ordered. That can be taken care of
