My appt was at 9:00am for a simple tire patch, and I left around 12:30. People were nice, but timeliness was not great.

Not a reflection on the person that checked me in. My complaint is that it took 6 days to do a software update. I was without my car for 6 days after a scheduled appointment where what I suspect is my car wasn’t even touched for the first few days.

Heath was outstanding! I was impressed with how quick my car was turned around for the 30K service and state inspection. My car is usually there for 3 or 4 days on these and he got it done in a day. Impressive!
A guy named Zach called me on Monday and he asked me to bring my car in to have it re-inspected so my husband took my car to be re-inspected due to a registration problem we bought it in June when he got there no one seemed to know Zach who wasn’t there! He talked to our sales person Joseph who is a great guy he helped my husband get the car inspected and on his way!
