Christopher was great. Explained the whole process, and recommendations without being pushy. He communicated everything very well to the end. Truck didn’t get washed which y’all always do after a service. Oil change was done but no new service sticker reminder for the next 5k mikes applied to the windshield. Service tag was still hanging on the rear view mirror and plastic protection still on the drivers seat. Interior shoe marks from service. I’m disappointed in the overall sloppiness. I was already disappointed from the manufacture recall work, no rentals vehicles so I bummed ride for a week. The truck runs great! No knocking sounds and quiet idle. Thank you for that!

We couldn’t be happier and more great full for Bob’s helping us with the situation we were in. He went beyond our expectations in getting my wife back on the road. He even got her to a Doctors appointment she would otherwise have missed while her Nautilus was being repaired. This kind of service is the best we’ve ever experienced with a car dealership.
