The first time I have been disappointed with Service for many years. The ZakTek application was supposed to be completed between 7:00 to 12:00, as it always has. The truck was not ready until 04:00. That’s fine if anyone would tell you it will be much later. No one answered my reply to Chris’s text asking if I had questions or concerns. There is no possible way to get a call answered in Service and no one will return calls. Absolutely crazy. I finally had to drive up there just to find out where the process was. Makes me question who I will by from and service with in the future. It has been with Grapevine for years but I am not treated like it.
The person who serviced me was James Whalen. He was outstanding in service and follow up.

Tyler was one of the most professional and courteous service techs I have worked with. He was very knowledgeable of my repair issues, kept in contact with me with timely status reports and made it very easy to communicate with him. Very prompt on reply’s. I would recommend any Ford owner to go to him with a repair issue.

Heath went above and beyond for me this year when it came to handling the warranty issue with my Lincoln. The entire service department was awesome but Heath really helped me and fought for me, knowing I had other matters going on in my life, I had lost my fiancé a week before the occurrence happened and heath spent MONTHS making sure things were handled and kept me in the loop consistently... couldn’t have asked for a better service advisor honestly.
Pete was courteous and the dealership did a good job.

Alfredo cleaned up a communication mess that started several weeks ago. Once the service manager got involved (previous advisor left) things went well.
