Pete was awesome! He’s very professional and very personable. He made my trip to Grapevine Ford very enjoyable. While he took great care of my vehicle my girlfriend and I ordered a new Ford Bronco. That experience was also great! Pete and the entire team at Grapevine Ford was completely above and beyond satisfaction.
Daren was great to work with but I would have liked more consistent communication throughout the day. I dropped the vehicle off at 8am and had to call at 1:30pm for a status update because I had not received anything before then. I then got a text that said the work was in progress and they would call when ready. I called again at 3:15 to ask if I would get my car back that day before they closed at 4pm. He then said it was ready and asked if I would be able to come get it before 4 (I live 20 minutes away). I had to jump in the car right away with my entire family to come pick up the car. All of that could have been avoided with simple text message communication throughout the process. Thank you.

Rachael did a great job to get my service completed in a reasonable amount of time. She even had the technician point out some problems with my vehicle that I wasn’t aware of. She was a great help!
I was disappointed that the price for The Works service increased and that you no longer wash the vehicle as part of the service. Also, that you don’t offer shuttle service on Saturday.
Thanks for asking I had my platinum in for service today I went to have tires put on & my air filter was completely black and hadn’t been looked at for several service I bring it to Grapevine Ford every 5 thousand miles I’m very disappointing in my service the last several times thanks for listening and hopefully this will change next time I bring one of my vehicles in
