Went for a 30k service. Advisor was very nice and accommodating. Asked to have the antenna base replaced. It was broken I’m sure through a car wash. That I know I would be responsible for. I was advised they were too busy to replace and would need to make another appointment. I asked for that when scheduling the service on line. Was called by 11:30am letting me know my truck was ready. I asked about the antenna base that I would purchase and install myself and had to go to parts and get the part. Truck was not washed though I thought that was complimentary and since I didn’t pick it up until 4:00 you would think they had plenty on time to do that. Driving home noticed that DEF was not filled. Receipt said the did that. That was also forgotten on last service. I thought maybe just an overlook. I will not be able to check to see if the recommended other items were done. I will check tomorrow if water separator was drained. I was not happy with my service. This is twice something was overlooked. That makes e think what else was overlooked. I will think twice and maybe try another dealership that actually cares about their customers. Not a happy camper.

The sales person left before the job was finished without telling me. Additionally, when asked to look into issues with my vehicle the dealership did not even look into these items.

Had a hard time being able to call in and actually speak with anybody in the service department. Answering service that you have outsourced with is not a great solution. Need to be able to just call in and speak with service team.

I had an appointment to address an issue at 7:00 am on a Wednesday. My truck was not looked at till the following Tuesday. I would have appreciated if I was not given an appointment until the day of or before someone was available to look at the vehicle.
