Though the advisor I was assigned to was ****, Chris immediately greeted me and remembered me from a prior service. He quickly got me on my way after providing a very accurate estimate of the service time required. On my return he quickly processed the necessary paperwork and got me on my way.

This was the 4th time to try to correct the initial issue and again it was wrong and what makes it worse is that some of the mistakes that were made on the previous attempts were made again. I'm not sure if I will ever put my truck on that lot again!!! I will be contacting the higher ford personnel over this 4th attempt to fix my truck.
